with the haze on the active mode today, and the aircon maintenance guy coming in the evening, we stayed home.
so today, i cooked barley, folded clothes, prepared and cooked lunch, ironed clothes, prepared and cooked dinner and gonna do some editing later. wad a fulfilling day, after watching a week of TLC on cable.. haha.. inspired me to cook like jamie oliver, oh well, i still cant stand the yummy smell of seasoning on my hands after marinating the chicken, felt like i should cook (!) my hands...
our scrumptious lunch. the seasoning was great! of course it has to be after a whole 13 hours of marinating in the fridge.. slurps.
lunch of chicken leg with potato herbs, white button mushroom and mixed peas.using our made in japan cheapo not sure really japanese made knives..

asparagus in xo sauce with what else, more button mushrooms!all the cha-pa-lang stuff i thought could go into the soup.
potato, egg tofu, crab stick, meat balls and err... button mushrooms?check out how little my hubbs feed me... oh the empty space of the plate.... but... i cooked more rice today, so i triumph. ha!
seemed like im growing mushrooms inside me already! haha.. oh well, to cook for persons of 2, i have to use up most of the ingredients asap else it'll end up with rotten carrots, blackened mushrooms, soaky wet potatoes... even when they're stored in the fridge... :x
sigh, im gonna waste $35 bucks again. cant go to the nike run tomorrow! damn the haze!
