took a while to get on with the editing of the pics because my !@#$%^&* 5 year old 1Gb ram laptop takes 30 seconds to save a normal horizontal 4200 pixel pic. multiply that with lots of photos. well, i havent even gone past the 1st week of vacation pics. lol. coupled with the fact im learning and using lightroom with the help of my boy who actually read some book before starting lightroom, i just jumped head in. thats why i got so mixed up. heh.
most of these or rather all i think, were taken at the famous 17 mile drive route which we had to pay 9 or 10 usd per car to get in to drive the route. what could be seen here was the famous lone cypress, which imo was overrated, but perhaps because we didn't follow any tour guide, so we did not get any commentary and did not read up on it. the famous pebble beach golf course was also in here. big houses, vast land, but not exactly the modern and sleek kind i thought it would be.
what caught our attention, which i regretted not getting the boy to stop the car so that i could get a snap of it, was a signage outside one of the medium sized houses. it said "Wits end." we both caught sight of it and thought it looked comical! "Hey, I'm at Wits' end!"

Dressed in my fugly green pretty tuff tee from my uni days, in the army camo shorts dat mom bought long time back, sleeping in my tiny cartoon charactered rough fabric giving way but sturdy mattress makes me miss the times where I was still staying with them.... Sent from my iPhone
